1. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@veridianlabs.co.uk as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@veridianlabs.co.uk with your order number and a description (and photo, where applicable) of the issue.
